
Leila (Liliane) Saber, President
Leila Saber is a French-Iranian lawyer qualified in France and based in Paris. She is founder and partner of an international law firm with offices in Paris, Nice, Lyon and New York. Leila specialises in business and labour law as well as litigation and is experienced in Iran-related matters.
She is the President of the Franco-Iranian Lawyers’ Association (SAFIR) and an active member of several Iranian cultural associations promoting Iranian music, literature and art.

Ava A. Moussavi, Vice President
Ava A. Moussavi is a German-Iranian lawyer qualified in England with a background in legal technology. She is specialised in Corporate law and has worked in multiple jurisdictions, namely England and Germany.
She has advised corporations for six years at a large international law firm in the City of London. She is now a legal technology expert advising corporations and law firms in Europe, with a focus on the DACH region.

Dr. Andreas Otto, Legal Counsel
Dr. Andreas Otto is a German qualified lawyer and civil notary based in Berlin. He is a partner in a large international law firm and the focus of his work is on Real Estate transactions. Andreas is board member of the Berlin Chamber of Notaries and member of the German-Iranian Lawyers’ Association.
His historical and cultural interest as well as family trips to Iran led him to actively engage in humanitarian and cultural work.

Dr. Padideh Moini-Gützkow, Head of Cultural Projects
Dr. Padideh Moini-Gützkow is a German-Iranian corporate director. She is the Strategic Director of Siemens Mobility for North East Europe (23 countries).
Prior to over a decade of experience at Siemens, Padideh was in other management positions in Germany and the Netherlands.
She obtained her PhD in the area of transportation. Besides German, Persian and English, Padideh also speaks French and Dutch.

Dr. Ali Rezaei Haddad, Head of Humanitarian Projects
Dr. Ali Rezaei Haddad is a London based neurosurgeon and entrepreneur. He trained at the University of Oxford and graduated with first class honours at Imperial College London. He holds honorary research positions at the University of Oxford and St George’s Medical School. Ali co-founded the internationally acclaimed GoodSAM app used by the United Kingdom National Health Service.
He also directed and curated the Imagining the Future of Medicine at the Royal Albert Hall in partnership with TEDMED, attended by a live audience of 5,000 people. Inspired by the lack of user friendly and affordable neuronavigation solutions worldwide, he founded NeuroNav to democratise access to neurosurgery navigation solutions.

Rania Torfi Nejad, Head of Operations
Rania Torfi Nejad is a Berlin based corporate lawyer graduated from Paris Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi. She is specialised in business operations and management consultancy, and her focus has been on the pharmaceutical sector for over 10 years.
Rania is particularly experienced in the UAE and the wider Middle East region. Besides English and Persian, Rania also speaks Arabic.
Her passion for helping people in need is her drive in moving forward humanitarian projects.
